Zumba/Pilates/Bootcamp

Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system.

Nikki has been teaching Zumba for over 12 years and is still filling the dance floor. She is trained in Zumba, Zumba toning and also Zumba kids.

All Zumba classes are drop in sessions lasting 50 mins. Ages 16 and above or 14+ if accompanied by an adult.

Pilates

Pilates is a low intensity class that focusses on stability throughout the body especially within the core, it can also improve posture, flexibility and mobility.


    Bootcamp

    This is a high intensity group fitness class designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of movements.
